Default esc connector replacement

The wires from the esc to the reciever were bad and causing my car to glitch, so I cut off the connector, so I could cut the bad part of the wire off and reconnect it, but I can't get the wire out of the little metal clips in the connector. Is there any place I can buy a new connector that doesn't already have wire in it? The esc is a GM V12.

Thanks

Just cut off the wire really close to the ESC and re-wire a fresh wire with a new connecter already on it to that cut piece. You could do that or you could open up your ESC and sergically replace the wire on the board. It all depends on how you feel about your soldering skills.

regarding the connector you can buy any similar type of connector to your local electronics store... mafiaracers also gives you an idea if you want to make a clean connection then solder it to the board of the esc so that there will be no solder connection from the wires... depends to you...

If you're having trouble fixing your old wires you can also get new wires and connectors from www.servocity.com

Dymond model sport sells just the connectors so you can crimp them on yourself. The actual manufacturer is Custom electronics. I've bought some at my LHS and found them very handy. They usually come in a 5 pack with the little plactic housings too.
