Yes, Actually I'm their Dealer.
That make even worse ya.. Even I'm as a Dealer don't get any attention.
I have send many email to their sales manager Florent Baudoin, Claudia Presfeund, and other Graupner email, but until now I never received any reply.
The problem is start when Claudia is failed to follow my shipping instruction, I notify the address is changed but 3 days later still send to wrong address. They claim shipping by FEDEX. My payment transaction is 10-12-2010.
So I think I have to reach higher level than Sales manager only to solve this problem.
I don't want to make bad image for any one but I'm tired waiting without any progress or any report.
