Brand new V2 with 4.4 software.
X12 17.5 motor, 4 dot timing.
Std sensor wire that came with it.
LRP 5000 batteries, and ThunderPower 5200.

Re-flashed speedie multiple times. Any gearing.... whether it's coming off at 50C, or 90C. Low settings high settings, odd's or evens...

And as for run time, it was battery.... It would spike the battery below the cutoff on the speedie, and just stop.

Over it... moved on to a diff brand.

Totally know where you are coming from. It took a lot for me to come back to LRP. Another faulter by LRP would upset me quite a bit. I must have spent 1500-1700 pounds on their products over the past 5 years. Every car I have run during that time Has run an LRP ESC. Only one to die on me and the SS v1 is good for using zero timing. 200 pounds in UK i paid for the SS v1! That's 320 dollars! Yes, I'm an American in the UK.

Best thing is to do a search for the item number on the web. I got mine the moment I saw it in stock here in the UK. They are out of stock there now.

Or post on your clubs website or other clubs websites or even FBook to see if you can borrow one. I was going to borrow one but I could never meet up on the same day as the guy who had the USB adapter.

The power of FBook is very good to find someone.

Goin racing on a large track tonight which is very technical and medium grip. I am going to start on 3131. Should be perfect. Or I will do 3111.

3131 was perfect! I needed more control on the infield and less speed on the long straight. It was nice and smooth and very easy to control.

Any other details.....like motor timing (3 dot for example), size of rotor, gearing?

Anyone else have some experience with this that they would like to share?

I believe once you hook it up with the bridge to your pc, it'll tell you what firmware is in there.
