Virtual RC or VRC

I just started in the VRC world and am looking for some advice on what to buy for my DX3r instead of using the directional arrows and where to buy!

Go to vrc.com and buy the adapter off of them thats what i did when I played it. They send it out straight away and you pay by paypal so all is good.
