ordered a Tamiya FF03pro from tcmodels on 24 april, they were closed until 25..

the order is still just confirmed, and i have sent them 3 emails regarding this, but havent got any reply on this from them

should i wait or should i open a dispute with paypal to get the money back?

i normally shop from hk without any problems but never from tcmodels before

Hatebreed, just want to know if you have got your order, coz I too have just made an order from them last week but until now the status is still only 'confirm'. I emailed them twice already but have not receive any reply yet.

yes the order arrived the day after i wrote here

it turned out that they had forgot to send me the tracking number!
but they arent very fast to reply on emails...

I ordered a few times from them to the uk , as you say they seem to comfirm you order and then goes quiet , but then my order arrives ! my orders usually take 5-7 working days to get to me, this seems to be the norm when ordering from HK so they must dispatch the order more or less the next day but just not tell you.

Cant fault them really .
