c rating lipo??

hi just wounding has any one done some testing to find out what a mod car pulls in short burst and continuous burst.I know gearing car, weight, timming, motor turn will play big effect on the short and continuous burst but just trying to work out weather 60c packs are just a marketing pitch or would the mod car use all that before its to hard on the pack...ill throw something out there.we have more then we need in "mah" but there is only so much a set up can pull.

ie.
esc-lrp sxx profile 4#
motor-sp 4t max motor timming
gearing 8.4fdr
weight-1350g

My belief is that it isn't a matter of pulling more amps than the pack can handle, more a case of reducing the voltage "sag" when you get on the gas.......... stronger packs = less sag = more power available at the motor = happy racer :deathstar
