Hi Kevin!

It is possible that you post your final Set-Up from the Reedy Race last weekend? Would be fine!

Thank you and greets

Dominik!

hi Kev!

what is difference between front:
FWD 3A, RWD 0B, 6deg c-hub and
FWD 0B, RWD 1B, 6 deg c-hub.

If I have it right, that was your 1st setup for tc5 when 0B/1B was on front.

Can you wrote more about your experiments on asphalt REEDY Race ?

Your fan,
m.

Hey Keven.
What hair/blow dryer would you recommend I use to get myself ready for a big race day?

It seems like the more time I spend building this kit the worse it gets, and right now I feel like I'm in the middle of next week. I have tried to build the cva's but had to resort to leaving the set screw out. And now on the fourth and last one (of course, its always the last one), even with the set screw out it still binds terrably. This after not having 4 screws and having issues building the shocks, I must say I'm not really impressed with the TC6 so far.

Hi, at the Reedy race I ended up running a gear diff in the front with putty in it ! It is about as thick as you can find ! you can run dual joint with gear diff but usualy outdoor I run std cvas because you cant notice much chatter and they get in the corner a little butter but may not be as smooth.

The closest to 57 is 3 ! but 3 is a little smaller even and if I was to run ae piston I would run a number 2.

Hi Dominik, I will try and get the setup on AEs webpage this week ! I ran something similar to what rick posted except I had my rear roll center in 1 B instead of 2B, I had the ackerman all the way forward instead of middle like rick, I had my camber link in the rear on the top hole not middle on tower and I ran 1,1,1.5 Piston with 50wt oil front and 37.5 rear ! I think thats about it. Let me know if you have any questions

Hi Michael,

I usualy run 3A front 0B rear !!! for front arm mount ! If you go to 0B-1B it will raise the roll center making the car a little bit more responsive but should push a little bit more in the middle and out of the turn.

I am done using hair dryer since it could hurt my hair ! Actually, Paul Lemieux gave me this tip long time ago when he used to do his hair. You dont want to use regular shampoo ! it is pretty trick here, you want to use soap only and dry gently with a towel it will hold better, if it doesnt work you have to do it again. Thank you so much Paul, I owe you one

Sorry to hear that. I know there was issues at some point with the cva but I am sure if you send those back you can get new one free og charge but I know it is frustrating but I am sure you will like the car once you get to drive it.

3A/0B gives some anti-dive?

I think I must try it.

Tonight I got as far as installing diffs and shock towers. Missing two more screws, and if that wasn't bad enough, I checked the tweak after installing the topdeck and tightning the screws on a flat surface, the front of the chassis has a millimeter and a half bow in the front. Looks like I will be calling associated again tomorrow. Very dissapointing build to this point.

Wow Kevin, that's an old picture. That is from the Halloween Classic 2003 at The Gate when it was still upstairs in the ghetto strip mall. Ahhh, the good ol' days foam tire mod touring car when the XXX-S & TC3 ruled the roost
