Looks like Toso is running the "old" car with the new topdeck at IIC.
I think I'm going to move away from the 4mm chassis as well. For club racing, at least, it seems like too much. The car was twitchy as hell with the 4mm compared to the 2.9. It felt a lot more tame and drivable with a tiny bit of flex in there.

Heh, why would I want LESS steering by using the new steering post? I just started using Parma Indigo tires to get MORE steering with less dual rate.

Build Question - Front Diff
I have a strange issue that raises two questions.
After getting the car built, I noticed that something had changed once all of the chassis and bumper bits were screwed on. The front diff has a nasty wobble in it. I have rebuilt it a few times (and it has never been run). The wobble is bad enough that the belt chatters since the teeth are catching the side.
The docs are a little sparse when it comes to the front diff (unless I complete missing something):
1. Is the long half supposed to be on the left or right side?
2. Has anyone else had a problem with a wobble - if so, did you manage to fix it and how?

Hello, i would like your help for a set up for a wet race, i will use pit shumizu tires. What set up should i use for the rdx, i have the chassi 2,4cm normal, 2,4cm world champion collegno, and 3cm normal, and upper deck? And about the insert, and wheel. Thanks very much.

When we run in the wet in the UK we use thin Pit wets on 21mm wheels with the standard foam insert. I run my RDX with the same setup as i do in the dry and it is very good, If it is really wet try increasing the ride height a little to cut down on drag from the standing water.

the long out drive of the diff should be on the rigth side of the car!! if you put the long outdrive to the left your belt gonna hit the side of the pulley!! i mad ethe same error when i built mine !!!
Later!!
