Is it just me or is this car so light its crazy , built mine with my heavy Vega V3 speedo and 3300 cells on rubber tyres and it came in at 1412g ready to race.

Means i got to find some place to put a massive 80 plus grams of weight.

That's right, the car is very light (one of the advantages in the RDX) and you have to add extra weight.
Which isn't that bad, 'cause know you can change your center of gravity.

I dont have scales-but one of the team drivers told me to put the first piece of lead right behind the batteries as this cars battery side is actually lighter than the electronics side!! Thats a good first way to get closer balance to the car. Then I suppose you a add weight front or back for your desired handling you want to achieve.

i think it works that way cause the chassis is so narrow, and the cells are very close in. most all the fast guys i have seen start right there, opposite the motor. i think it also helps with rotation, as the car is kinda front-weight biased.

those weights they sell are the bomb!!

Before everyone outside Florida heads out to Florida, I wanna wish all of Team Corally luck. Bring home some gold for the team! Go Toso, Cuffs, TJ, Jeff, EA, and Rob (you're racing, right?)!

Kevin, where's that e-mail?

Get the rubberneck bumper for the RDX right from Corally USA.

I would like to know how everyone mounts the BRP bumper to the RDX. Do you leave the plastic piece that comes in the kit on? Do you mount the BRP piece on top or on bottom? My quess would be on top so as not to hang below the chassis. Pics form the bottom of the car would be nice if anyone has them.

if you want to know how to mount the brp bumper underneath, go herehttp://corallyusa.com/new/RDXtemplate.pdf

it mounts on top of the plastic bumper piece yes under the body mount posts, so you need longer screws

DJG24;
Thanks, but I wanted to get a bumper for another make, or just the material if it's not made for my car (EVO 4).
Will you be at Hobby Chamber this Sat. for the regionals? I would like to see the car!
