There are no plans for a new car or any conversion to make it a new car. We are only coming out with small updates .

As far as chassis are concerned for carpet/foams...

At the Novak race, myself and Jim Herrmann (also TQ) ran the 2.9 mm chassis. Jeff Dayger, Justin Zorc, Ron Atomic and Brian Lutz ran the 3.9 mm chassis. We all made the A in Stock Foam and we were all very fast. Each chassis has a slightly different feel but there is no saying that one is always faster, even on the highest grip (like the Novak race was). The 3.9 mm chassis does have the "bling" appeal to it, though.

Team Corrally,

Now after getting my car hooked up for the Novak race, thanks to Brian McGreevy, what do I change for normal carpet traction - local club races. Car was good I just want to make a few changes for normal traction to keep the car handling the same.

For the Novak I had 33lbs/60wt up front 22lbs/40wt in the rear, 6 degree castor blocks, front shocks in three holes, rear shocks in two holes, front camber link up and out, rear camber link down and out, lowered shock tower, 3.9 chassis, 2mm of droop up front 3mm in the rear, foam tires.

Thanks

Carmelo,

All you should have to change when you have a really good setup like we had there is tire particulars (size, gluing, rounding).

The car should handle great---just as good as the Novak---with say 57 or 58 mm (2.25-2.28") tires that are unglued.

Wondering if I could get some help with the rear toe. Looking forward the left side is at 2mm and the Right is at 3mm using a hudy set up system. How to you change the toe? I read the manual but for whatever reason it is confusing to me. Thanks.

Sorry, I understand now using the tow in spacers to change the angle of the rear wishbone. Do you have to disasmble the entire rear section of the car?

You add or take away spacers from the roll-blocks. The silver balls off the side of the bulkheads. You can put shims behind them to add, takeaway toe-in/out or widen the car.

Hey Brian, could you email me your setup you used at the Novak race at [email protected]? Thanks! I currently ran the Cuffs LasVegas setup and it was good but it scrubbed speed in sweepers. I put on a swaybar to try to keep it flat but never really got to test it out as I had breaking the car issue with assistance.

YGM, 429.

My car, even with the extreme grip at the Novak, carried so much speed that you could practically drive it in the middle of the track and still turn the fast laps. It's easy to drive and very smooth.
