He's talking about the ones that come with the kit, inside the plastic baggy with the shocks. Josh, my manual that comes with the US Carpet Spec kit says they are 17 lbs. springs, all 4 of them.

Here is the cheapest/easiest way I have found short of buying a set of pilers.
Take a body clip and strsiten out the bent side so it is straight. Then trim the ends so they are the same length. Then slightly bend the ends in so they point toward each other. Now you can use a pair of needle nose pilers to apply the pressure to remove the clips. The slight bend helps keep the clip from going into orbit if yuo slip.
Give it a try it works pretty good.
Oh and try to find a body clip that just fits into the holes.
