is there way to paint a lip of rim? but with what paint?
im getting some white V spoke wheels for my ofna..and i was wondering, i want to dye my rims black..but also want a certain color on the lip...how would i do this? should i dye them black first, than paint the lip with spray paint? or what?

Testors has a pen that can apply paint. Try looking in any hoddy store for them.
