Default Looking for a simple TC that mounts the battery pack on the side.

I'm specific about the battery layout because I currently have an older RS4 Pro and the battery goes under the belt which limits my battery choices.

I won't be racing and this will be purely for speed runs in front of the house.

Are there still simple/inexpensive TC's that can fit my specifics or my only option the more expensive/racing cars.

Wow, nice. I'm surprised how inexpensive that car is.

+1 on the Losi XXX-S. Very tough chassis. Parts are still plentiful. If you're talking about doing speed runs and bashing.....the X has to be at the top of the list.
