For 1s 13.5 WGT, around 66.8mm (2.6 inches).

What about for 2s on a 13.5? Is it the same.

It won't be the same. I have no idea what to tell you to start at. Try using this site to come up with a starting number then adjust to your temp. http://www.comeseethis.com/gearing/Default.aspx

I guess I still have to figure out the tire size to make this work. I was thinking like a 56mm tire.

Im running a 4.5 turn outdoors on 56. Still need a good gear setup. The motor is a LRP 4.5.
I run 13.5 on 2s inside on 53. Still looking for a good gear setup for that also. The motor is a Dou 2.
