Something I like about the PTI is that the motor and battery are positioned along the car's center line. The only other TC that I know of that has tried to do this is the HPI RS4 Pro 3, which obviously had too many other problems to take advantage of the centralized design. Seems like that's the biggest area to improve the current gen of touring cars - move the battery and motor smack dab in the middle. I know Losi was (and maybe still is) working on a prototype that's setup that way.
