2011 Carpet Nats
We only had 3 drivers able to attend the 2011 ROAR carpet nationals but had excellent results out of all of them!
I had some bad luck in modified sedan qualifying but still managed to put it 10th on the grid in the A-main. A1 and A2 didn't go very well, but an excellent drive in the A3 battling with some of the US and Canada's top drivers put me 6th overall I ran a Viper VTX-10R esc and VST 4.5t motor with optional 12.0mm tuning rotor.
Congratulations to Team Viper driver's Peter Robinson and Patrick Morehead for their top 10 finishes in 1/12 17.5. Peter qualified 2nd and battled hard with Andrew Knapp for the top position, he ended up 2nd overall after an excellent drive in all 3 mains.
Patrick qualified 9th in 1/12 17.5 and finished a strong 8th overall. Congratulations to all our drivers and we thank you for your efforts and support

I'm excited to get my hands on an esc to go with my viper 17.5 i picked up last month.
But almost as important, when are the bright orange t-shirts going to be available? Cant where a bright hoodie in the summer, and while the black tshirts are cool, they just don't say 'viper' to everyone that sees you from up to 200 yards. That and black is hot as balls in the summer heat... need to reflect back some of that heat from the sun and radiating off the black asphalt.

Rich you are still on my contact list, don't worry
We're working on getting new apparel done from a higher quality source right now. However we won't have any orange yet, we can only do so much at one time. We plan to add orange and white shirts in the future. I definitely want something lighter colored too after spending a week in Arizona at the Cactus wearing a black shirt the whole time Thanks for your patience!
