I've broken the rear body mount 3 times now.

Is there anything I can do other than just jumping better to avoid breaking this part?

I've just accepted it up until now because the latest break ripped the rear body mount clear off the truck and now the chassis screw holes where it mounts to are stripped out. So I'm slight annoyed.. Plus the rear always comes wih front can't buy separate so I've got 3 extra fronts.

only two options I know are using push rods to hold it Down or buying aluminum.

Can I get some feedback on these ideas or perhaps something better?

I think you would get better feedback in another section of this forum. Guys in this section mainly deal with street - style, electric, non-jumping, on-road cars. I am sure someone in another section will be more than glad to help you. I would if I messed with those type of trucks.

Might want to post in the monster truck section, this is the on-road forum. Revo is tough but not indestructible. Trim your body posts down if they are sticking out too much, maybe two or three holes above the hole you use to mount the body. Again, post in the monster truck section and you will get some posts from revo owners.

Thanks, I could have sworn I posted this on the off road section but I posted it from my iphone so I guess I fat fingered it.

PS: I wouldn't be so defensive about my signature. I've actually seen Rain Main, and ya he was smart. It is all good. I just hear a lot about people with conditions they can't help. I just try to stick up for em. Didn't mean to "call you out" I guess it does look like I am thrashing you. Sorry, I pull it.
