Has anyone had good luck with them? I ordered a charger from them 3 weeks ago. A week went by and it never shipped. So I emailed them and they got on it and shipped it. When it arrived last week I realized I ordered the wrong charger.
Ive been asking to return the charger for a refund since last week and havent heard anything from them yet.
What makes it harder is that they dont use a telephone number for customer service. Everything is email. So its not like I can just speak to them about it. What can I do?
