Default FF-03 Pro Kit Bodies

Firstly,
I apologize in advance as I'm sure the answer to this question is out there somewhere, but after an hour of reading here, and on Tamiya's site, I still am not sure.
I am looking at getting the FF-03 Pro kit to carpet race, can someone please clarify/confirm if I can use a standard 1:10 Pro Line body, or do I need a Tamiya specific body, I will likely be running a short wheel base as it is a tight carpet track. (Any details or part numbers would be appreciated).

I also don't want all the body details (mirrors etc.) as there will likely be carnage.

Thank you in advance.

Rob

Ummm, your body choice will be limited, tamiya or otherwise.

Any 190mm body should fit.
Don't think there are too many SHORT 190 bodies available though ?

I doubt the Protoform style bodies will fit without moding the bumper plus the low profile style bodies might not work due to the gear box/front motor design.

I've seen a couple of FF03 Pro kits with Protoform mazda 6 bodies. fit no probs, but might have to trim the foam bumper to fit as with just about any other body.

I have a DNA body on my FF-03 for club bashing. The front foam bumper didn't fit and I had to leave that off. I'm planning to try a TCS race soon and will run my TCS legal Tamiya EXIV sedan body.
