I'll give it a try too and see what i think.

I also need to try 2* rear toe instead of 3*

All this is in VTA on medium grip, technical asphalt.

Be sure to report your findings. Its always nice to hear what does and doesn't work on different surfaces.

Ok so I'm planning on picking this car up soon to run in vta. Are there any parts or spares I should get right out of the gate?

A-Arms
C hubs

For upgrades to make your life easier the Vertical Motor mount and 19T Pullies

Also I would boil your a-arms and C-hubs to help with breakage

...and the alloy spur gear adapter so you can use the 19T pulleys. The stock upper deck also needs to be altered to fit the vertical motor mount.

Just buy the hard arms. They are tough to break.

Im running traxxas 100k front and 30k rear. Once i laid the rear shocks all the way down. she got under control exiting the turns and entering the straights. this car will dive into a corner like a fat kid after the last piece of cake.
mmmmm cake

Try going even lighter in the rear. I'm using 80wt shock oil and the rear rotates very well. Especially from apex to corner exit.
