Can I mount the Battery and Motor Chassis Weights to the Narrow Chassis? I already have the centre weight and am using an Exotek Battery strap. My VTA car is underweight and needs to be fattened up!

I do not think so. From what I can tell, they would mount to where the stock battery holder goes, which as you know does not exist. Not to say with some modifications it would not work, but not via the stock method.

In prep for mext weekend's club race, I installed the sway bars to see if that does much for me. I also removed the SP Citrix Spec blinky ESC and installed a Team Wave RB-30, although still set at zero boost.

Are the pink Shock Ends, Bottoms and adjustment nuts compatible with TRF shocks? Got a set of TRF on the way as I found the stock alloy shocks don't work too well with standard Tamiya springs (shock body and shaft is too short)

Go back one or two pages. Many places are already listed/linked.

Anyone know where I can source an aluminum front bulkhead cover? I can't seem to find anywhere with stock. I've tried all the usual shops:

TQRCRacing.com
Stella Models
RC-Mushroom
RCMart
Hot Shot Hobbies
Ebay

I was able to get at least the rear cover from RCMart. It seems like there is a parts shortage on quite a few things right now.

Hey all,

Sorry for bringing springs up again...

Has anyone actually checked the tamiya short springs to see if they fit direct onto the 3racing shocks? I'd rather not have to spend $50+ just so I can go to slighter softer rear springs...

Thanks in advance.

Oh and for the guys converting and having battery mount issues, I just got some double sided Velcro from my local hardware shop and used that in place of tape. To keep the battery from hitting the belts, I used the centre battery mount bracket from the original s kit screwed to the center of the upper deck with the T piece pointed back to the battery it holds it in really nicely.

3Racing shows them as out of stock on their website, so I'm sure everyone has them on back order.
