Can't offer you an fdr for that combo as I run a 25.5 in VTA. But highly suggest the vertical motor mount first. I added aluminum bulkheads later on. Just because I stripped the plastic after a while.

I'm from the south of France, near Italy. After a few offroad rtr cars I'm try my first onroad kit. I was looking for a cheap entry level car and I've found that amazing one. Why do I need the vertical motor mount?

For parts in Europe.
Vertical motormount is for much better acces to your pinions.
Go for the alloy spurgear adaptor and 19 teeth side pulleys.
This will free up your drive train a lot and gives you a IDR of 2
You want to run a 9T motor??
Start with a FDR of 8 and start running the car.
Temp the motor at about 2 minutes run time and see what temp the motor got.
If you want to eliminate any fade stay below 65 degrees.
If temp is above it go lower on the FDR if it is cooler go a bit higher.
It also depends on what kind of track you are running.

It's easier to work with. More accessible.

Thank you very much for your answers !

So, I add the motor mount and the gear adaptators to my wishlist :

I'll buy later the bulkheads

For the pulley is this the right one?(I'm not yet allowed to post links) :
SAK-07A Center Pulley Set 19T For 3racing Sakura Zero

Do I need to buy a pinion too?

kit comes without pinions as it depends on your motor choice and needed FDR ratio

According to your advice to get a 8 FDR with a 2 IDR I should use a 27t 64p pinion gear and a 108t spur gear or a 104t X 26t or a 100t X 25t, am I right?

Do TRF Tamiya shocks fit on this car? or are there any parts needed to make them fit?

the trf shocks have the same sice as the sakura one. big diffence between the shocks is only the price. the sakura shocks are cheaper and works also great.

thanks, Also does any one know if the sakura zero gear diff v2 SAK-65/V2 is smoother than the standard S Gear diff as the ones with the kit are super stiff and crap. Or if there is a better gear diff that fits rear.
