I do.

Front: I put pink spacers under the bulkhead-side camber link until it is level with hub-side camber link.

Rear: the bulkhead-link is a little lower than level with the hub-link.

Hobbyking sells the Zero S re-branded as their own TD10 and you can get most parts from them.

I used the battery assembly from the Ultimate/XI and it works great..I thought that I could use the stock one that came with the kit but does not work with CF chassis

Not directly. The bulkhead and motor mount holes are slightly different. Can make it work with some drilling/countersinking. But you are still left with a bigger issue, which is how to mount the steering system. The steering system is one of the major changes between the Zero and XI.

I am looking for a better (lipo) chassis option for the Zero. I acquired a pair of these for my daughters to run and one of them is bling'd out. Really nice car to be honest, and I have T4 15'. I just want a more idealized chassis.

There are a few different lipo chassis for the zero. But the steering system will always be that of the previous generation. Not a big deal though. The Zero S is still a very component car.

It seems that we can't find this spares anymore. Is there a diff cup from other brand who fit?

Diff cups wear out, it happens. The cheap way to fix it is to rebuild the diff and swap the left cup to the right side/ vice versa.

Yes worn can't be avoid. Some brands wear out faster than other.

Yes i'm interested by the sakura. There is also diff. cup joint V2 still available but i have never used these plastic adaptater to put on dog bone, i don't know if it is strong enougth. I plan to use it with 9T brushless motor.

I tried them. They are aluminum and require the plastic "blade" to be attached to your dogbone/cvd.

I understand that this design is lighter and slightly less friction than the standard hard steel drivecups. But i do prefer the hard steel for durability.

Ok, thanks. I have never used aluminum drive cup, i didn't seen that it is aluminum.

I wonder if the hpi #109926 23.5x5mm heavy duty diff drive cup can fit in the sakura zero s diff. I use this ref. in an other brand's car and it has very good durability. It has an 5mm axle who has a little bit more than 11mm long with 2mm hole. It is for drive shaft with 2mm pin.

EDIT : i didn't seen, but rcmart seems sell SAK-S01A/HD who are already heavy duty. This part seems can fit in tamiya m05, m06.
