How's it going R.

I still have one that I use as a second 17.5 tc. I'd like to actually use it as an asphalt car,if I can get the time to drive out to some outdoor races.
On carpet, the aluminum bulkheads and toe blocks are very useful in making the car more stable and consistent.

However I believe that a bone stock zero S for asphalt is actually going to do well. From my experience, an "outdoor" car can benefit from a little more flex and ride height.

Im using it in a gt3 intermediate class at hobbytown in fresno.. the only thing holding back this car from winning is the driver! ! This is the third series ive raced the car in. Im getting the xi sport soon and will have this as my back up car. Hobbyking still has some parts for it. Ive been told other brand parts will fit also so as long as it runs ill use it. TTS

Yes i am using the SSK driveshafts and it helped a lot in wheel stability during turns. Wheels dont wobble anaymore and you have better fron grip on turns.

Default suspension mounts

Hello Guys,

I want to change my plastic suspension mounts on my Sakura Zero S to aluminium ones. The problem is, I only find FF, RF and RR mounts, I don't find any FR ones.

Do you think the RF-0 will fit in the place of FR block as well?

Are the "Narrow" suspension mounts better? How different would they perform?

i went with just narrow mounts on the rear . it gives the zero some extra grip on the rear

i tried the Sakura X01 rear suspension arms which are narrower than the original. gives more grip on the rear. i haven't tried the Narrow RR mounts. it should also be paired with the Narrow RF mount.

hksrc.com claims to have them in stock, however...

The last time I placed an order with them it never came. They eventually refunded my money, saying that orders were not being filled because they were moving to a new location. If you're desperate, might be worth a phone call to see if they're back in operation. It's also possible that ones for the XI will fit, but I haven't tried it myself (don't own an XI).

You can use the XI/Ultimate knuckles.

But you either need to trim down the little triangle:

Or use it with the XI/Ultimate C-hubs.
