Yes, the clear plexi has a cutout for the fan . I went to my local TAP plastics to have them cut the plexi and drill the holes too. I was going to do the Cathode Lighting with the clear plexi on top of the charger but, I ordered the wrong size Cathodes, I wanted 4" , accidently ordered 12"

Tre, thanks for the props, ofcourse, I was motivated to make the faceplates by looking at your work.

Thanks, John

Pucho - What color tubes are you putting inside it? I have one 4" blue cathode tube and it's plenty powerful. The pain in it is that the transformer is big. I had to mount the transformer on one side and the tube on the other. I used deans connectors to connect to the board so when you open the case you can pull apart the wiring. I also wired in the switch. Let me know if you have a problem with the neon tube and the LCD display when it's all hooked up.

Runin Ronin - Oh, that sucks. 12" is too long

John

I also have 2, 4" tubes, My window is not as large as yours so I have a little more options as far as the transformer goes. Thanks for the tip on the Deans plug I had not thought about that. Ill let you know how it goes.

Looks good!

Hector: the reason that the Milleniums work is because the way they are layed out. I have looked into doing the same with the Pulsar but it would be waaay tooo much work.

OK back to sanding!

Check out the Integy charger for that.(16x5 or V6)
They have remote leads for both the LCD & control buttons.....

Just an idea....

FYI: the 16x9's are just 16x5's in a bigger case with a PS.
