Futaba micro receiver?

Futaba micro receiver?
It's been a long time and still no micro receiver from Futaba for onroad racing. I've emailed them and they told me if there was a demand they would produce one. It appears they have not got enough requests. Please mass email them. It's been way too long. Thanks.

Absolutely! Just followed your direction.. They have been slack in that area. I think thats why most of the 3pk/4pk users have bought that specktrum receiver. And its hard to have demand for a product if a brand doesnt even produce it! And why the need for that 3rd channel in 1/10th on road? I reckon just reducing the receiver to two channels would decrease the size....
C'mon get on board!

Yeah I don't understand why Futaba would accept losing customers to Specktrum over a receiver. I know many people that went to Speckrum.

They make one now but it will only work with the 4pk and 4pks. Check the Radio forum.

You can check the Simprop Gigascan 5. It works with the Futaba system and the size is very small!

Here is a link to the 4PKS radio. It shows the new smaller receiver. It will work with other "FASST" radios.

I started threads on this subject a year ago, it seems they have been listening. Check this out.
Here's the RX we are used to.
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXTNB6&P=ML
Its dimensions are; 39L x 26W x 14H mm.
Here's the newest RX.
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXZXE1&P=ML
Its dimensions are; 35.1L x 23.2W x 8.5H mm.
They have shaved considerable size off of what we are used to seeing. Take note, this RX is a 4CH, so it's only compatible with the 4PK and 4PK systems.
