If you want to attract more people to your track and have fun, then forget about IFMAR, EFRA, ROAR, or whatever rules! Just divide the racers into electric and nitro groups. You will see some expensive fast cars flying around, bumping whatever they can and be very happy and frustrated at the same time... See the picture? Wahaha.
