Best tip for Hakko 036 Soldering Station?

I'm about to order a Hakko 936 soldering station and I would like to know what's the best tip I should get with the iron? Also, what kind of tip comes with the iron?

Get a HAK-P900MT3.2D 3.2 mm Chisel Tip

The one that comes with it is VERY small...

a flat beveld round tip may be better when u use it for batteries and motor wires
