Default Rusty Sprint 2

During Winter I run my Sprint on a parking lot together with some friends on an improvised track. The parking itself has a roof, and thus dry. But the "salt" (*) from the 1/1-cars which park there makes my Sprint 2 look like this...

(*) I don't know how what anti-snow measures there are in other countries, but in Belgium they just throw ordinary salt on the roads...

Anyway, how do I fix this apart from buying replacement parts?

The sprint itself has been replaced with:

Sprint2 - Vorza - Savage - Blitz

I cant say this will definitely work or not, but how about a light coat of oil? Maybe wd-40 or something.

Give it a good cleaning immediately afterwards.

Soak all the rusty metal parts overnight in a tub of Coca Cola, or Malt Vinegar. That should help with most of the surface rust, but rust like that is a sign of poor/no maintenance. After every meeting, strip the car down and clean it up.
