Ran a GTP2e at our local RC track today. Change from the DM1 nitro car. Made changes and the car responded well. Was nice telling spectators that were interested on the cost, how reasonable the cost is and simple set up.

May try the SNR carbon parts that I have.

Exactly!

The body’s rear spoiler is excellent in stock form for track race use.
The Warrior body also comes with a “Gurney Flap” option for even more rear down force, if track conditions demand it.

For top speed runs, trimming the Warrior body’s center spoiler works excellent. Adding a front bumper that actually matches the body’s contour will also help reduce air pressure build up under the nose too.

Check out these videos for some good ideas from a few very fast top-speed run Warrior bodied cars on youtube:

You'll notice that on all of the videos, the cars are fast, smooth and very stable.
If you haven't tried one yet, check it out, the body works.

Thanks!

They do fit, I use them on both of my GTP2E's, (get them from fleebay) seem to hold up about as well as the stock ones.
FYI, i do add a drop or 2 of oil to the universals every time before I run, and blow out with an air compressor after every run - doing this to the CV's and the drive cups is extending the life of them and the dog bones (I run/race them probably 3-4 hours per week, every week, spring through fall), and I run hard, so I'm always looking at increasing durability.

I typically buy ALL my Ofna parts from an eBay user named LumiDave.
This was the last auction I bought from him.
It was ALL the drivehshafts/cvs for $18 brand new.

Has anyone found a 1 piece foam for the stock Ofna Wheels and tires?
I despise that 2 part foam to the point where i think i have about 5 or 6 sets complete and unused. Would love to find a foam that works.

These are the foams I think I posted about in the other thread u asked about . They came with rubber threaded tires that sucked and fit on my 5star ofna wheels , but for this price to build your own wheels you can purchase alphas from brucknerhobbies and they grip well on my inferno gt2 , haven't tried on my ofna car as I'm running some cracked ipanema wheels with slicks ATM . Other then grp treaded I prefer slicks lately , ofna belted seem tobe to expensive for me

Mark,

Do you make parts for the GTP2e?
I might need some.

I have not yet, as they are different from the DM-1. I've got the SNR towers on my car. Some of the changes for the DM-1 should work on the GTP2e car, but they are designed to make the car turn in, rotate and come out harder ..... which is not needed for speed runs.

But if you have something that you think you need let me know.
