im running the wheels off the Exceed Mad Drifter. So the wheels arent the problem.
Maybe i'll putty up the differential this weekend and just be done with that.
I'll pick up another one to install if i want to run my grips.

On that note, to aid in the eBay search what other ofnas use the same differential, Im hoping to find a complete differential thats ready to go so i can just quick swap them.

More camber up front is easy, can do that no problem.

lx2

I usually buy all my Ofna parts from this guy
http://myworld.ebay.com/lumidave35

He parts out new buggies/cars for just the parts cheaper than you can buy the parts you need.

He USUALLY sells the diffs for $35 complete.
He doesn't have any now, you could message him and see if he could make an auction for you.

Complete rear LX2 differential and housing from JRC for $24... sold.
Cant buy the ring gear and diff case at the LHS for that price haha, let alone the internals or the drive cups.

Thanks for the help on that one. Wasnt sure if the LX2 was identical or not.

I don't see too many people running the DP8 McLaren body at 140+mph. The Warrior body handle like a dream and never flips at high speeds.

+ YouTube Video

The way you trimmed off the rear spoilerís center section, while leaving the uprights is ingenious.

Any top speed runners looking for maximum aerodynamic efficiency should seriously consider doing the same to their Warrior bodies too.

Congrats and keep on running hard!

Does anyone make a two piece motor mount for the GTP2E? Something similar to the 8ight electric buggies or the 8.2e?

No one make a motor mount for the GTP2e like that. What you can do is cut off the original motor mount and then use the DM1e motor mount and redrill the chassis to get a bigger gear on it.

I'm using this on a dirt oval car. I'm just looking for something a little easier to adjust than the stock mount on it now. It's a bitch to change the pinion and get everything tight without stripping the screw heads. Does anyone know of there is a way to use the gt2-ve mount? Thanks!

Guess no one actually races this chassis onroad asphalt. Not surprising, its cheap and kinda dated. I only got one for racing cuz, well, it was cheap and I'm trying to get a class going.

Would guess more people have moved up to the DM-1e or GT-V2e. Much more refined.
I have had a couple GTP2e now and i recently converted mine to the SnR 360mm chassis.

Yeah, I figured that most ppl racing are using better chassis's. If the class takes off at the local track, I'll be moving up to a Serpent car. Just can't justify the cost for that yet.

Thumbs up Attention Top-Speed Racers!

Starting September 1st 2013
We’re starting our new Ipanema “Top-Speed Club” promotion.

Rules are basically very simple:

Post your new Top-Speed video runs on YouTube, using your Warrior body.
The Top 5 fastest runners for the month of September win another Warrior body for free!

The video will have to be continuous, no breaks or edits and show top speeds.
GPS or Radar is fine and it has to be 2 Top Speed back to back passes.
That’s it!

If you run the Warrior body and want another one “on the house”, get your Warriors ready for September’s “Top Speed Club” fun!

More contest information & details will be available on the website.

That has nothing to do with my suggestion. It was just about testing parameters not any type of body.
