adj the cirtix stock club 17.5

Just purchased this to run in rcgt class and could'nt find any where in the manual on how to adjust the drag brake and regular brake settings.Can it be done thru the transmitter and esc or do i need to purchase the programmer?

U need to buy the lcd programmer.
Has brake, drag brake, and over heat protect only.
