Moving the motor inwards makes the direction change much sharper. The different top deck increases overall grip and improves the way the car turns in. I really like the smokem conversion, it's cheaper and more elegant than the raceberry set and maintains the 417 belts and centre shaft

I'm having issues with traction roll. I have a high roll center setting running 32.5wt shock oil with hpi silvers in front and hpi blues in rear with no roll bars in front and rear and ride hight set at 5.5 with 3 degree of tow in the rear. Any suggestions would putting the roll bars back on would this help the car from not traction roll. Btw I'm running 17.5 blinky on a med/high traction asphalt track.

That being said, that setup sounds like a recipe for traction roll. No sways with soft springs will let the car roll a lot. High roll centers will make the inside lift up more. Soft shock oil will let the car cut in hard and generate a lot of rolling momentum. Do you also have a lot of droop?

I would go 40wt all the way around and put the stock sway bars back..
