SpecR geardiff o-ring is smaller in diameter (inner and outer).
CraigW,
I believe you're looking for 51470 Maintenance Parts Set for Gear Diff2 Units. It has the o-rings, 0.01mm shims and pins in the same bag.

Guys, what spurы and pinions are you using?
I use a stock Tamiya Spurs and pinions Robinson " aluminum pro".
But I think there are better and more durable ???

Usually it is 10.5T on the carpet, I also have 5.5T for fast long tracks and for asphalt tracks.

rear toe-in different from left to right?
Guys:
using 1XA and 1E blocks in the rear, but my setup system shows me that I am 3 deg toed-in on the left, but 3.5 deg toed-in on the right...
Has anyone experienced this before? How can I rectify? Perhaps I need to purchase new mounts?
Any experience would be appreciated!!

Hi guys,
Going to be getting back into touring after a few years off. I have narrowed down my choices to a couple of cars - namely the X-Ray (used to run them all the time), Associated 6.1 and the 417.
What are the main "issues" with the 417 - what wears out really quickly? I want to go something different - and the Tamiya is where I think I would like to go. I drive for the Durango team in off road - so I dont mind something a little different. I am looking at the 417x.
I appreciate your time in answering
Cheers

Unless the car is abused, you can run 50 packs before you might notice serviceable wear.
In retrospect I would have purchased C-hubs and Cvds as the only spares. The rest of the parts for tuning.
