No problem I will give you a washer I thought since you weren't going to use the mount. I am using a gold servo mount on a Tamiya car.
Maybe you could trade me the blue one for the gold one. George would understand I hope.

Think its for the battery stop so lipo won't hit the lower side front belt

I can't find my setup its been a while, but it is VERY similar to this:

http://www.petitrc.com/reglages/tami...aukaa20110611/

The differences:
-LTC-R lightweight
-4mm ackerman spacer
-HPI Silver F&R
-Front Spool
-Front DCJ
Easy to drive setup that also works very well on carpet at TQ with spring and toe adjustments.

Fresno boys flooding Tamiya forum lol... On the flooting servo mount you guys need to figure out if the holes align correctly if not you need to drill extra hole to secure and to keep it from moving. Shock weight I would start with 35wt all the way around if you are running stock 17.5 at hobbytown Fresno.

When I put .3 shims on each side of the diff and same the gears to 3.57mm, the diff feels kinda tight, not very smooth. What am I doing wrong? I'm not over tightening the screws, I'm using kyosho o rings, tamiya .1 shims and I'm using v5 out drives.

If everything is new then the gears just need to be run in. If the internals are not new then replace the gasket.

Also do yourself a favour and chuck the tamiya shims in the bin and use 1 x 0.3mm TDX or similar each side
