Check out speed tech rc I think they're Cali based. They stock the lot and also have a much more competitive price on the kit then both tower and amain.

This is not a 100% Tamiya 417X ‘Reedy Race’ chassis. The drivers at the Reedy race used HPI silver springs. The kit does not include them. Just to be technical, haha.

if you use this with the Groskamp method, it will be perfect. bigger one piece 0.3shim is stronger than small shim 0.1x3.

Why not provide the name of the online store that was provided to you?

I've not shopped with RC Funny so I can't comment on the shopping experience. However, I've performed numerous transactions with RC Market with excellent results. Click me. Happy shopping.

I bet it won't even mention it in the manual. They probably just threw it in, original packaging and everything

I really don't know the point in that kit is unless you want it just for the stickers. Should have etched the chassis or motor mount to really make it "limited"

My old F103 had it screen printed on the upper deck. So it can be done and has been done by tamiya before.

like this?

Tamiya won't leave something this important out from a product description unless it doesn't exist.
I don't see why they couldn't put something like "Reedy Race Champion" somewhere.

like this:

Wait, you get one more unique item. The paper wrapping on the generic TRF kit box.

Not dissing on Tamiya, but they used to do way better LM edition kits in the past...

Top deck also. Sad Part is for resale, unopened it's worth more. opened, with same.

Think ta03f vs ta03f David jun edition. But not as much of a difference.
