Interesting..new chassis...new arms...new bumper...perhaps it is a M(arc)R(heinhard)4TC-417X which Marc was holding...

That car he's holding looks like it has more yokomo parts on it than tamiya. Gotta be a bd5

By the looks of it, it seems to be Toni Rheinard and not Marc who is holding the Yokomo car.

Looking to purchase some double cardan joiunts, are the Spec R (SPR001-TMY2) better quality/durability than the Tamiya 42216 Double Cardan or is it much of a muchness?

The Tamiya ones are the best!! I've tried them with 13.5 stock and with 4.5 modified for a lot of races, never have a problem.
The specR I've broken the shaft twice in few time.
