my hobby shop said they are hoping for next week which would mean you might be able to have one in your hands by Christmas.

Default Rebel 12

Great run Larry for your first outing! Did you have any parts break or fail on the car over the weekend? Thanks

I bent a tie rod, which to me was actually good because all the speculation that people had on the front end parts being weak were put to rest by bending a steel tie rod and not breaking anything on the front end.

Other than that I didn't really have any problems with the car at all. It was a dream to drive and generally awesome. I'm going to start running it in the faster classes soon as i get some parts for it.

Does anyone know which rear tires the car was designed for ? Jaco offset or CRC offset ? I know the CRCs don't work right on the Associated 12R5 without grinding the outside of the wheels to narrow it up. Since Iheard this is a Josh design, I am assuming Jaco or BSRs only ? Any Info ?

IDK the answer to your question but BSR wheels are the same as CRC's. John @ BSR uses Franks (CRC) wheels.

ok, He must have changed. He used to have his own wheel. Hope both wheels work with just spacing differences.

Frank gets and has always gotten his rubber from BSR and that is a fact.

You can use either BSR or Jaco. The hub is narrow enough to run BSR and to run Jacos you can just shim the axle more.

I ran BSR Black Fronts and Grey low rears in 17.5

Larry was running Johns BSR's on the CRC wheel at the indoor champs and he had to shim both sides to get it to width.
