Good Running by all the guys running a Rebel at the IIC.

I wish I could of brought home its first international win but after 60 hours at the track in 5 days my wrench failed me at the most important time and my pod loosened up from not fully tightening the screws. I had the pod off to check the pivot was free after a wreck in the 4th round.

Either way The car was easily capable of winning the 13.5 class. I had the 2 fastest runs of the weekend and the single fastest lap of the event in the class by over a tenth.

There were a handful of guys in the 17.5 class that had very good cars. Hanulec, and Goat both had cars capable of winning the class.

Everyone in that class was scrambling to keep up with one guy rip wise and that guy was later discovered to be running a 13.5 and was DQ'ed from the main.

The Rebel is a force to be reconed with.

If anyone has any questions or comments feel free to ask.

Spent much of last week in front of a computer monitor watching the IIC... paying specific attention to 17.5 12th and 13.5 12th.

I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by your showing in 13.5 12th. And was quite impressed with the performance of the Rebel 12 overall.

Regarding the 17.5 main, can you indicate who was running the 13.5? From looking at the results, I don't see anyone as being DQed?

It was the car I was throwing blocks at the second half of the race
I guess my 17.5 program is pretty good if I was able to stay in front of him...

Car looks good but my driving is terrible in that race lol. I got some crap on my tires and it took like 20 laps for it to go away. By then I had hit everything on the track.

Hi

Can anyone explain why you place the servo laying down and the front narrow. I race the front wide and the servo angled. I know it's depend on the track, but please explain the difference

Thanks
Michael
