Do you think that is the reason or am i doing something wrong
You should be able to get the diff at least as smooth as the Photon diff. Try replacing the bearing in the thrust position (1/4x3/8 flanged) with an aftermarket steel bearing. We have found that the kit bearings, while fine for the rest of the car, do not perform well as a thrust

You know I will be in for a set, probably for threaded axles as I hate the itty bitty e-clips.

The thin polycarb spacers don't change any angles enough to make a difference, only in ride height. TOP is remaking the lower arms to correct this so lowered steering blocks will be obsolete.

After shimming the front arms in the manner described there was no perceptable change in camber or toe, so any change of angles that might have taken place did not affect anything

Default Setup

Hi

Just want to share the setup I used at the last race in Brondby's small track in denmark.

Front.
BSR 2*pink
1,5 camber
medium clips back caster
Wide car
no shims used under or inside top arm holder
0.22 spring from BMI , with 2000wt oil on king-pin
1 degress toe out

Rear.
Gold side spring
15000 wt i side damper
500csi in main damper with silver spring

96/27 on a 4,5 SP with 42mm BSR pink

Black art audi body

The car was a dream to drive.

I tried to boil the side arms , to aviod them to snap , hasn't broken one since. 3min when water is boiling

regards
Michael

Default tamale steering blocks soon to be available

tamale steering blocks soon to be available:

these are the lowered version. but there will be the stock blocks as well. since these are alum, i opted for the lowered one. even if the lower arms come out, these are still usable. they fit both the stock axles as well as the threaded axles. same exact dimensions as stock blocks. enjoy

Ran my new Rebel 12 for the 1st time at our two day race here in Colorado. There were many racers stopping by and checking it out as It was one of the fastest cars in as we call it "17.5 Blinky" class. Did not drive it to the main as I should have, but we had some very good racers in attendance from 5 or 6 different states.

I did not stray to far off the base set up as it was very predictable and as with all new cars found the things that loosen up, need a little more attention and now it is time to start working on it. Will need to order a few more parts to have in the bin, but a great first outing.

One item I found is that it appears the LR hub has a wobbel to it. Anyone else have this issue? Thought it was my tire truing skills, but then used another truer and got the same results.
