How about a recommended setup form? Maybe from Snowbirds?

Default Front Springs

Hi

What are you using as front springs , Felt it was running strange with the stock ones. Fittet some BMI 22 springs , and the car was running like a dream yesterday on our narrow track in Brondby near copenhagen.

I had 25k in and it was handling like a pig. Went to 50k and it turned into a new car. I have been very happy with the speed and ease of driving. I have managed to gain .4 and a lap in race time.
The car is not without its problems, but the lap speed makes it hard to get too caught up on them.

Great 1st day of racing with the Rebel. The car was really good with just a chance of the front springs and tube lube. Bob Carlos was running one too and both cars were good, but developed a slight tweak that we couldn't put our fingers on. None the less, I ended up 1st/TQ and Bob grabbed 2nd. A 1-2 finish for the TOP Rebel. I'm really looking forward to running this car more and playing with all of the tuning options.

Ran my first 1/12 scale race ever... with the Rebel.. qualified 2nd and finished 3rd out of a field of 8. Not bad for never driving 1/12... if I do say so myself.

OD,

Thanks for the quick shipping on the car and parts. Will try and get it built next week, but going to the BRL oval finals next weekend, so will not be running it until the following week.

Keep me updated on the parts for small front tires.

Thanks
Mark

It's very easy to build.. I'd say the hardest part was putting the e-clips on when I was mounting the front tires... LOL

Just use the associated axles and steering knuckles and forget about it. My car is supper easy to drive and very durable.

I'm gonna try to get a setup online and maybe some more tips in what to do.

My car is really really good right now on med/high bite carpet.
