Default TA04 Pully Stopper Replacement?

Picked up a TA04 chassis for cheap and added a Leopard brushless kit. Within minutes, the pully stopper (3455496) came loose. Re-tightened the grub screw, but it came lose again. Additional attempts to tighten it simply stripped out the screw hole. Is there any reinforced replacement made for this part, or any superior combination of parts to replace it?
