Servo seems A-OK. Going to swap it out just because.

Crispy, check your diff & make sure it is tight, too me it sounds like a loose rear diff
check the bearings make sure they are all smooth
and lastly make sure you have the right servo adapter for the servo you are using

Depends on surface you're running on but sounds to me you have a combo of loose diff and mostly incorrect tires in rear
In most cases running a grippier set in rear is what you want

Fairly new set of S-Grips on the rear, seem balanced. Swapped the servo, no difference. Rebuilt the shocks.
Here's the odd thing, I returned the front to 1 to 2 degrees of toe OUT and it seemed to help stabilize the car in a straight line. I thought that toe out would make it wander more?
BTW, how do I tighten the diff on this car?

Gear diff use thicker viscosity than what is already used
Ball diff take off rt rear suspension and pull out dog bone inside you see a 1.5mm hex screw ,tighten to desired effect

We have this one Japanese fellow that shows up at our local track. He works at the local Subaru factory. He has an M03/M05 that he runs in our Mini class.
It is an all chrome chassis...
What's really neat is the he has a Subaru 360 body for it.
