Touring car recomendation
i was thinking of getting a touring car since i kinda miss my old nitro rs4, but wanted to try something electric this time. my hobby shop has a old Traxxas 4Tec NIB in the back. i was considering that or Tc4/5, or maybe something different. i would like to put some kind of nasty brushless system in it. just need some advice

This is a HUGE rookie question. You need to answer a few questions. First, are you parking lot bashing it or racing it? Also, what does your hobby shop keep in stock and support the most? Those are probably two of the most important questions to ask. Lastly, how commited to the hobby are you? The question you asked gets asked all the time on here. I've got no problem giving a recommendation, but you got to let us know what your intentions are and where you are at in the rc hobby. My recommendation for almost all the questions is to buy what your hobby shop tries to keep in stock and what other people run. Coming from someone who runs old and busted Losi Street Weapons, you dont want to get stuck with dated or unsupported rc's to start even if you are gonna bash in the parking lot.

i just parking lot bash, i might race it ever onve in a while since my track has a carpet track. i order from tower hobbies, so really anything they stock. but i can always order from other stores
well, so far i have 17 rc's, and my girl says i spend more time with my toys than with her so you tell me how serious, haha

For bashing I'd look into the ofna JL-10e. It's also a good performer for RCGT.
$130 bux is hard to beat.
