I just got my new Xipp Lathe yesterday. I love it. No Problems. The Carbide Tip sucks but I had a Cobra Diamond Bit ordered and I got it so I am using that. I had a Kick butt P2K2 motor and after cutting it with the Carbide Bit adjusted perfectly the motor sucked. I put the CObra Diamond Bit in and didn't even adjust it properly and re-skimmed the Comm and the motor is back up to where it was. I later adjusted the diamond bit so that it was Centered on the Comm and cut 5 of my Hellfire Comms and they all improved now. If you buy the NON-Pro versions of Motors make sure that you cut the Comm before using because it makes a world of Difference.

They returned my email a week later saying that they will be stocked this week. But I don't see that happening yet.

I guess I have to learn to be patient.

If you have AIM you can contact them directly "INTEGY1" is there screen name. They ususally answer.... I own alot of their equipment and have not had any problems getting warranty work etc.

I do agree, they aren't a very chatty company...

I just sent them a tech question and got a response in <24 hours. I have no problems with them at all.
