Not nearly as well detailed as Cudacharger's cars, but I'm racing that one weekly!

For those who were interested... Here is the McAllister NISSAN Body

Nothing exceptional - but will be a fun class at the 2015 NISSAN CUP Race at Auto Club Speedway next weekend.

I really like Gary's Nissan, but the problem is it was designed when the rules specified much larger tires. Now it sits a bit high on carpet size tires.

Lonny,

I agree..as you can see in the pics, I cut the front wheel wells quite a bit smaller than the cut lines...and the black car has fairly big tires compared to what I'd run on carpet.

I also have a couple old Protoform P35 NISSAN Bodies - and those are almost 1/4 inch wider at the rear wheels...but they are sooo slammed I don't like them for asphalt.

Back in the day I always ran an Andy's Nissan P35 long tail for serious racing. Impossible to find now and I only have 1 left.

Oh you bad boy! He's only one Mazda 787B away from having the full collection!
Kyosho and Tamiya when you really want spectacular scale detail!

The most spectacular C Car I've ever seen here?
Go back some pages and look at the job our friend from France did on a F104 Chassis with a R=91 Tamiya body. Moin Diou!!!

A little personal touch on mine via black paint

Next Project?

It's funny you mentioned that I'm trying to find time to get my 787B built along with a Kyosho Plazma LM 962-C.

Very nice R91CP you have I like the BBS Wheels and Black Accents. The France R91CP Nissan is the nicest around hands down! I'm digging your next project I'm split between doing a From A or Rothmans for a 1/9th scale PTI Racing Porsche 962 I've been hoarding in the package.

Oh! Decisions, decisions...
The Mazda is quite a challenge masking/painting wise.
Post as you go along to see the build - if you can.

Still no Jaguar!
What, like this one?
Am I the only one that likes Group C cars?-kyosho-jaguar-xjr-14-plazma-lm.jpg

There's an XJR-14 from RC-Expert too, but it's a weird scale, like 1:11 scale (257mm wheelbase, 180mm width, compared to the original's 2000mm width and 2800mm WB) designed to fit a TT01 instead of a pan car. The Bud Light decals look good, but from what I can see of the wowdecal stuff, the whites aren't very opaque.

I decided to stick with 1/12 for Group C/ GTP stuff for the rebuilds I'm doing on all my old stuff. Picked up a TBG 956 and RK90 (technically it's an R90CK) and a set of F1paintlab Lowenbrau decals, as well as a set of the old Cox Nissan GTP stuff. The plan for the R90CK is to replicate the #83 that Brabham drove at Daytona in 1991.
