Thumbs down Same experience

I have unfortunately same experience - several emails, direct or by form on Litemodz page, here via PM - no response at all
Order pending from 6/12, money paid. Ordering directly from Litemodz is like lottery - absolutely the same experience as with TIR.

Hey guys,
some good news, received a mail from Litemodz that the parts are getting in at their company and they will be shipping. Got the tracking number for my parts, think i was one of the early buyers.

So a little more patience i think, look at youre mailbox these days.

Remember that they had problems with the producer, those cant be solved in a few weeks as we see.
Maybe there is that light at the end off the tunnel now.

Might be, but 0 response to all attempts I have made to contact them does not really make me feel really comfortable. I do not think this is the best example of treating the customers - ignoring them completly.

See, I could maybe understand a little wait with ordering from the US due to shipping times etc.

But I only live just over an hour away. Ive been waiting since 17th dec, admittedly, only for a spool and outdrives.

I don't even want the parts now. I just want a refund.

No Matter what problems they may have with suppliers ect ect u think they would keep people who have paid them money in the know. Are they still taking orders or have they stopped?

Hi Jonrg,

If you need to get the warranty information or anything forwarded again, please get in touch - I also have an outstanding order on rebuild kits which are a few months old now.

I sent litemodz a new email this weekend and they got back to me today, they have apparantly shifted IT system to handle orders etc, and in that proces mails have slipped. So if you havent heard from litemodz maybe you should try to resend the email.

Hey people,

got my order and axles from Litemodz, after all the waiting i`m very happy.
The new set comes with a nice spring for in the outdrive, design looks ok.
Been driving the axles now for 2 days and i have to say they work perfect!!!
The new design is defenitly better and stays ok during hard use.
I drive a T2 with a boosted 13.5, so thats enough power i would think, remember that the steering angle can be reduced with this axles, there is a lot more steer. I see it as a hightech tuningpart, it does for the handling what it says...!!!!

So good news overhere, still like the fact that Litemodz has made this nice product.
