I am writing to you personally to apologise for the delay in you receiving your order, I can appreciate that you must be getting very frustrated. We at Litemodz have had more than a few problems with supply and quality of products from our main manufacturer which have in turn required us to re-organise both supplies and quality control which I hope we have now been able to do.
This has obviously put everything well behind. Having now got this sorted we anticipate being able to meet all overdue orders and any new orders in the next 14 days. Again I apologise for not being able to be more precise.
Whilst it is of not much recompense we will be sending you free rebuild kits for any driveshafts which are part of your order.
