Power Unit Parameters

Hi Everyone,

Im still new to ep cars and systems, so I want to ask about power system which our cars have. With latest technologies, there are lots of factors that affect the overall power, powerband, runtime, and temperature, but I limited my list with these main factors:
-Motor(different turns available for mod racing, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0...)
-ESC Software(I hear some racers use stock motor software with their mod motors)
-ESC Timings, boosts, turbos
-Motor mechanichal timing
-Gear ratio

So in which way should we adjust these factors to get the best combination to have best performance, enough runtime, and an acceptable temperature not to burn anything? Do you guys have a routine to adjust all these?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
