Default TC6 shock pistons

Hi, guys,...

Wish to check if anyone here has tried using other brand of pistons in the shock??

The stock pistons come with 3 selections, which are all 2 holes pistons. I am looking for 3 holes piston or 4 holes pistons for the shocks.

Thanks.

I have tried all the different assoc pistions along with drilling my own blanks but for some reason the Losi#56 red pistions worked the best for asphalt with no modifications.

Thanks guys for the info.

Went to quick look at Losi site, there are 2 types of losi #56 pistons.

1) LOSA 5046 - shock pistons #56, Red (4)
2) LOSA 5341 - 10mm shock piston #56 (4)

Which one should I get??

Just finished the build on my tc6 and I'm wondering which inner camber mounts you guys use for a med grip asphalt track. I've attempted to link a youtube video of my home track.

really depends on the rest of your set up. But for me 7 front with silver ball stud and 1mm washer and 1b silver 2mm washer in the rear. this is with 1b roll center arm mounts..

No, the bearing spacing is too wide to fit the TC6.

Thanks for the clarification.

Now, I assume the total holes size in #56 is bigger that total holes size in stock piston #3 from AE??
